01 Engagement & Scope of Work

By engaging Web Freelancers (Tiruppur, India) for web design, e-commerce development, mobile application programming, SEO, or digital marketing services, you ("Client") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Each project includes specific deliverables outlined in our published packages or customized quotation. Any feature, revision, or third-party service requested outside the initial proposal will be treated as a scope expansion and quoted separately.

03 Payment Terms & Milestones

To initiate development and cover initial provisioning costs, the following milestone schedule applies:

• 50% Initial Advance Payment: Required prior to domain registration, hosting provisioning, and design commencement.
• 50% Final Settlement: Due upon presentation and approval of the live test demo on our staging server, prior to pointing the domain live, releasing admin credentials, or delivering the signed production Android APK.
• Payments are accepted via UPI, Bank Transfer (NEFT/IMPS), Razorpay, or Cash at our Tiruppur office.

04 7-Day Express Delivery Timeline

Our standard packages feature an express 7-Day turnaround timeline. This timeline begins on the business day after:

1. The 50% advance payment has cleared into our account.
2. The Client has provided all required assets: brand logo, page contents/text, product photographs, contact details, and gateway credentials.

*Delays caused by missing client materials, third-party gateway approval delays, or scope adjustments will extend the delivery target proportionally.

05 Domain, Hosting & Renewals

• Year 1 Included: Standard packages include 1 year of domain registration (.com, .in, or .co.in subject to standard registry availability) and 1 year of high-speed cloud SSD web hosting with free SSL.
• Annual Renewals: After 12 months, annual renewal fees apply for server hosting, domain extension maintenance, and SSL renewals. Clients will receive reminders 30 days prior to expiration.
• Ownership: The Client retains full ownership of their domain name and can request transfer auth codes at any time provided all invoices are fully paid.

06 Mobile App & Google Play Store Policies

For mobile application development packages:

• We generate and deliver the compiled, signed production .apk and .aab bundle.
• Google Play Console Account: Google charges a one-time registration fee of $25 USD directly for a Google Developer Console account, payable by the Client to Google.
• Google Play Approval: We assist with metadata, privacy policy URLs, and submission. Approval is subject to Google's internal review policies; Web Freelancers does not control Google's timeline or algorithm guidelines.

07 Revisions & Post-Launch Warranty

Every package includes up to two rounds of design revisions during the demo phase. Following final deployment, Web Freelancers provides 30 days of complimentary technical warranty to resolve any bugs, layout glitches, or broken links directly attributable to the delivered code.

Future updates, major restructuring, additional pages, or content updates after the 30-day window can be contracted under our affordable monthly maintenance plans.

08 Cancellation & Refund Policy

Due to the immediate provisioning of non-refundable third-party assets (domain name registration, dedicated hosting partitions, developer hours), advance payments are strictly non-refundable once domain registration or design drafting has commenced.

If a client chooses to cancel a project before any server or domain purchase has occurred, a refund of 80% of the advance will be issued within 7 working days (20% retained for consultation and setup overhead).
